《実施報告》
10月11日・12日の２日間、国内外から次世代自動車に関わる広い分野の講演者を多数招き、国際シンポジウムを開催しました。今回も同時通訳をお願いし聴講者の理解を助け、質疑応答の際も活発な議論が進みました。各セッションのテーマは11日がそれぞれ「グローバルな視点から生み出される最先端の技術」、「技術開発の現場から」、「東日本大震災以降の歩みと今後の展望1・2」。12日はICFD2016とのジョイントセッションに始まり、「世界各国の先端分野研究1・2」、ポスタープレゼンテーション、「未来に向けた新技術の開発と世界へのチャレンジ」、でした。ご講演のテーマは自動運転や燃料電池、触媒、材料科学、人工知能や交通システムと多岐にわたり、国内外の研究者や地域企業から、多彩な分野の先生方に多数ご講演いただき実りの多い２日間となりました。
また、今回は東北大学の産学連携機構の方々に司会をはじめ様々な形でお手伝いいただき、東北地域の連携の成果を示す絶好の機会となりました。
